The Dodge County Healthy Soil/Healthy Water Alliance Quarterly Meeting Notice:
Tuesday, July 7, 2026 — 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. with a cookout to follow.
The Dodge County Alliance for Healthy Soils-Healthy Waters invites lake residents, farmers, and interested community members to a farm visit and cookout for our Quarterly Meeting
Come join us at the Gaska Family Farm near Columbus to view and discuss different ways farmers are protecting their soil and improving water quality. See how no-till, cover crops, crop rotations, and grazing can slow soil erosion, improve soil health, and reduce nutrient loss. Technicians from Dodge County LWCD will be on hand to discuss these practices and show science based results.
The event will be outside or in a barn and include some walking. It will be held rain or shine, though may be canceled if severe weather threatens.
